Went in tonight for the first time and Jamie took great care of us. We got our food in a few rounds, which is how we ordered it. Everything tasted great and fresh. The salmon belly was so melt in your mouth. Jamie was consistent and made sure we had everything we needed for our meal. I’ve been looking for a good sushi place nearby and it may just be my new place.

Update We just had an even better experience. Ryan and Hannah are the best! I was about to tell Hannah about my daughter's allergies when she asked us. She was extremely concerned. Ryan the manager comes out with our food. He said it took a bit longer to make sure there was no cross contamination and they were extremely careful after they heard that another Tsunami didn't care and weren't careful about the allergies and we ended up in the hospital. Hands down the best Tsunami, with the most caring and concerned people working there! We already had heard they were the most allergy friendly and we have no doubts about it. Thank you so much Ryan and Hannah!!! This is my brother-in-law's and my sister's favorite place for sushi. I never went since I hated the name. My brother-in-law said this sushi is better than what he can get in California which says a lot. He said he wanted sushi so we went. We were highly disappointed they didn't the spider roll. We both wanted it. Now a bit of negative, I didn't love the vegetable tempura. I've had better. The cucumber salad needed to be in the seasoning for a bit longer to get the taste on the cucumber. I'm a cucumber lover and I grew up eating my Japanese neighbor's cucumber salad. I was very impressed that all the fish is wild so my daughter can have it and that sold me on this place for sure! The server (Blythe) was so kind, patient and amazing with all of us. She was excellent! The food was great too. As my husband puts it, it will be in our rotation of places to go.

We shared everything-family style. Our server (Jet) was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive without being overbearing, which was perfect because we ordered food in rounds. The special Junmai sake (Chrysanthemum Water) was the lightest, most refreshingly delicious sake we've had. Pan-fried pork gyoza, shrimp poppers, and agedashi tofu were perfect crispy starters with great flavor. In total, we got the crunchy tuna roll, shrimp tempura roll, Samurai roll, special GF Queen Jenny roll, BTC roll, tuna nigiri, salmon nigiri, tamago nigiri, and unagi nigiri. Soy paper is available for the unfortunately picky and we ordered multiple rolls on it. All were yummy, but the standouts were the BTC, unagi nigiri, and Queen Jenny. They have lots of unique but delicious sushi offerings and, while we didn't order any this time, I have enjoyed many of their vegetarian rolls in the past. The Hot Mamba and Buddha are my favorites. Affordable, high quality, and my go-to sushi spot in the valley. Friendly, classy atmosphere and a great place for a celebration. Make a reservation for busy nights, though. Easily done online. Sorry for the lack of pictures, but we were too busy eating and enjoying. Trust us, it was pretty, too.

Came in for our anniversary, sat at the sushi bar. Miles was attentive, makes some beautiful rolls, was great at recommending things to try, and was prompt and friendly. We tried the Guchi special roll, and it was delicious! We would definitely go back, and if you're looking for a great date night I wouldn't think twice about visiting Tsunami!

Why have I never been to Tsunami? Well, I am not a Sushi fan but let me tell you the other items they have are incredible. Boneless Short Rib was amazing. Not sure my review will help this place as by the time we left I think every seat in the house was full. Well done. Will be back.

Our first time at Tsunami was fabulous! Our server Dani was amazing, and the food and beverage were great! I'm not one to go out and get raw sushi but the Tiger roll was a great fried option. Dani made a killer espresso martini for only their third day which shows that the staff is on top of it. We are already planning our next date to Tsunami.

We always enjoy coming to Tsunami. The food is always great, they have a good variety on their menu and their sushi is one of the best in town. We also like their reward program that they have which makes us come even more often. This one of the restaurants that we like to keep in our rotation. We have been here for lunch and dinner and the service is always great. Their booths are also very comfortable. I just wish they opened Mondays since we love coming here so much! Great place to check out.
